The website & our services

This site describes Skyline’s AI, technology and operations consulting services and lets you request a diagnostic, materials, or a consultation. Submitting a form does not create a consulting engagement; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is for general information only and is not technical, financial, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the site are your own responsibility until a formal engagement is in place.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it unlawfully.
• Do not submit false information or another person’s details without permission.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, and materials are owned by Skyline or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for the resources we explicitly provide to you (such as the Audit Checklist) for your own internal use.

The site may link to or embed third-party tools (such as scheduling). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Text messaging program

Skyline Technology Consulting offers an optional text messaging program. When you tick the consent box on our Text us page (skylinetechconsult.com/text-us) or our walkthrough booking form, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages about your request: the confirmation, a reminder, a callback time, and follow-up on the fix list we discuss. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number to participate.
• Privacy. How we handle your number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
