Skyline Technology Consulting LLC (“Skyline,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you complete the Executive Diagnostic, request the Audit Checklist, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, phone, company, and the answers and notes you submit.
• Usage information. With your consent, we use analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, pages viewed and actions taken).

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation or materials you requested.
• To prepare and follow up on the AI & Operations Audit and related services.
• To improve our website and understand what is useful to visitors.
• To send relevant follow-up communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the consent box on our Text us page (skylinetechconsult.com/text-us) or our walkthrough booking form, or text us first, we may send you text messages from Skyline Technology Consulting about your request: the confirmation, a reminder, a callback time, and follow-up on the fix list we discuss. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. No sharing of SMS consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except for the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Data security

We protect the information you give us with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it to serve you, and hosted providers with their own security programs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the site and our follow-up, including hosting and database providers, a CRM and scheduling platform, workflow automation, and bot-protection and analytics services. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. We also use Apollo.io’s website-visitor identification, which matches a visitor’s network address to the company it belongs to so we know which businesses read our pages; it identifies companies, not individuals, and we use it only to decide whom to follow up with. The live front-desk demo on our home page is a browser call to our AI receptionist, carried and recorded by Retell like any call to our phone line; start it only if you are comfortable with that.

Cookies & analytics

Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our consent banner. You can decline, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Two things work without a consent cookie: when you arrive from a link we sent to your business, we keep that business’s reference in a first-party cookie for thirty days so the page stays prepared for you on a return visit (it names a company, never a person); and our host tells us the city your connection comes from, which we use only to say so on the page and to prefill the town on the walkthrough form. Neither is stored on our side.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up, and as required by law. You may request deletion (see below).

Your choices

• Opt out of follow-up communications at any time.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
• Decline analytics cookies.
